Still no fever, appetite is slowly increasing and she is getting her last dose of IV antibiotics. Her white count has returned to normal and the test for her inflammation response has come down from 200 to 59! Her platelets are still elevated and we're waiting to see what her doc has to say about that. But, it's looking good for heading home later this afternoon!!!
There is no definitive diagnosis. The majority thought is that she had a viral infection, mild pneumonia and then developed a secondary bacterial infection.
A couple pictures from yesterday of her beautiful smile with Grandma Nyshie, who has been here almost as much as I have!
