We met with the PA at the orthopedist's office on Wednesday. He explained the importance of the surgery due to 30% of her big toe joint being displaced. Minimum will be small incision & pin the bone, maximum will be larger incision with a plate and screw. We'll see .... Surgery in the a.m.
